What is the maximum resolution we can review media at in review? On a recent call it was mentioned we could review 4k/2160p but our uploads seem to be restricted to HD playback.
Hey @Michael_Illingworth it depends on how you are transcoding the media into SG. If you are using DIY transcoding to 4k the playback should reflect that otherwise it will be HD playback.
