Login trouble

Don’t exactly know what happened or what update took place recently, but here’s my problem.

We are working in a closed off network environment.

As I’ve tried logging in, a new layout of login page popped up.

Signed in with my info as usual, but it leads to “Request error” No matter what I DO.

I’ve tried erasing all the cache, cookies, etc.

Added all the urls that pops up for this “NEW” login to our whitelist and still “Request error” (specifically code 400 according to our console).

It works fine on open newtwork environment and some people who have cleared their cache and cookies, which leads to old login page for the latter solution.

Unfortunately, not on mine.

Any help or guidance would be welcomed.

You’re best of to create a ticket so you can get official help and troubleshooting.

Autodesk updated their Login pages recently so perhaps something is blocking it.
