I submit to shotgrid my maya playblast via Flow Production Tracking Submit to create a version(format, size and codec of the file below):
and I cannot get any media uploaded - no thumbnail, film strip and and playback even after waiting, even though the feedback is that it’s completed:
For the experiment I tried another file - same codec and format, just lower resolution to lower the size:
Maybe the codec is the problem? but why smaller file works?
