Frame increase issue when uploading video to Shotgrid version

If you create a video with RV Player (codec: MJPEG (Motion JPEG)) and upload this video to the Shot Grid version, one last frame is added.
ex) When playing in RV: 1~165 frames
ShotGrid upload thumbnail(Add Version): 0 ~ 165 frames

There is no problem with the latest version of Chrome.

It was a Chrome version issue.
