Help - All my Version Statuses were deleted

I was trying to add a status to my versions while my internet at home was crapping out.
I’m not sure how, but adding that status has somehow deleted all my version statuses across my project. Everything is blank!
At the same time, it has changed all my version statuses to shot statuses.
Help me please. I feel like I need to go back and somehow “undo” about 3,000 actions

I need to fix this asap.
