Generating audit reports

Hi community,
we need to get Shotgrid auditing reports in Excel or csv (p.e. number of versions of a given shot; which of this versions do have client notes; etc.) , but I don’t find the way to do this. Is there an specific tool for this task?

Hello Victor,

You can use query fields one of the best way to create a new audit columns to see the number of client versions, internal versions, total versions on a shot in different columns.

You can also set up Custom Pages to show this information and make it easily downloadable.

For more complex reporting you can also use the Python API or REST api.
