CSV Import Errors

Hi All,

I’m trying to import data from Excel CSV into a page where all the fields match the column headers perfectly. However every way i try to import the data it matches the fields during bulk import but all of the data is in a single cell.

I’ve tried copying and pasting the data, saving out as .xlsx and .csv and get the same result with all.

Any ideas?

One idea is to first do a csv export from SG to create an import template

Thank you that worked. I think it must have been an issue with the header naming causing the initial import issue.
