Can't import information from my spreadsheet anymore

Hi I need help?

I’m unable to use the import function anymore.

I’ve been importing a report sheet from the vendor we are working with very week at shot level but now its not working for me anymore.

When I copy paste the info from the spreadsheet into the import box it doesn’t recognise all the fields and all the information from all columns and rows goes into the shot code box??

See screen shot attached for what I am getting once I copy paste.

I keep getting this error? what does this mean?

I’m not doing anything different from before, copying from an excel sheet?

Best to test the import column by column to find what columns are creating problems.
Possibly some cells have commas in them, which would mess with CSV import.
