Creative Review - mobile annotations

Using Creative Review on Android, the annotations create a short stroke and then stop. It doesn’t pick up the extended drawing while the finger is pressed.

Here is a screen capture from Android on Pixel. The red marks are my attempt at drawing, but stops after the length of stroke shown in the video
