Thank you for the feedback! I have added this comment as another point in our backlog. Text annotations are the top requested feature to bring to Creative Review and is being prioritized.
Are there any other annotation tools that would be as impactful as text for you? Shapes, laser pointer, etc.?

I find myself using lines (arrows) and circle shapes a lot. Those would also be a great addition

Bumping this as well: Circle and Square shapes in addition to the arrows would be great to have back for the annotations
