Creative Review is showing Slate when it's not supposed to

Hello!

Issue:
Our SG Versions has the “Movie has Slate” checkbox checked, but Creative Review isn’t following it.

Expected Behavior:
Act exactly like the traditional Web Player and skip the First Frame when “Movie has Slate” is checked

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Submit a media from RV (RV will create automatically a Slate)

  2. View the SG Version in Creative Review and notice the Slate during the playback.
