Client review visibilty for artists vs rules

Hi gang, Got a question

I am looking for a way to setup notes that are coming from client review. The thing is that when I allow the artist to see the notes he also have a ability to write a reply that will go directly to all the clients on that review. I want to control the flow of information and leave the studio talk inside the studio.
Is there a way to disable comments for Artists, leave it for other roles but still keep the visibility of the note for everyone.

Permissions can be tricky and sometime require our support team to do some additional investigation. This is one of those cases.
