Can confirm the following behavior : “Sign in to proceed” pop-up > back to home page without going through the “Autodesk Identity” front page and without having to sign-in, but with the session preferences reset.
It does seem better for me.
Carine, what do you mean by session prefs?
I mean unsaved layout changes to pages, like active filters, changed grouping, etc.
Thanks for the feedback.
It looks like the pop-up is different issue. It is not supposed to be presented to users when a site is linked. We’re currently investigating it.
We’ve pushed a change to take care of the “Sign in to proceed” pop-up. It would go back to the previous behaviour; It erroneously took over a previous popup that would inform the user about errors, such connectivity issues and suggest have users to reload the page instead or inciting them to log back in.
In that scenario, simply reloading the page (or loading a site page on another tab) would renew the session without needing to enter credentials again, if within set session expiration limit.
This change should be live on Monday.
