After Effects panel stuck at Loading Context

Hello,
When I launch after effects through web, create or shotgun app the Shotgrid Adobe Panel gets stuck at Loading Context…

I tried this on a
Macbook Pro M1 Max
Macos Monterey
After Effects 22.6 & 23.0

Windows 10
After Effects 22.6

I couldn’t find anything on it. What can be the cause of this problem and is it solvable?
