We use Flow’s time log feature to track project resource usage and estimate future projects. To ensure complete logs, the Flow Create app prompts artists for a time log entry when they publish a new version of their assigned task, where they enter the hours worked. However, many artists use the web app to view tasks and post work for review, which lacks this prompt capability. The feature is already available in the Create App.
Would it be possible to the ability to add a time log entry associated with a task when a new version is uploaded using the Web Interface?

This can be achieved by taking over the Create Version dialog with a custom AMI.
But this basically requires you to build your own web-app/form to do all the things you want the submission to do.
FYI, artists have quick access to entering time logs in the My Tasks page:
If they are on the Activity tab of their shot/asset they can hit the arrow next to “Selected Task” and there is an option to submit versions and time logs.
Also, on the tasks list view there is a field called “Time Logged” which can be clicked and artists can add time logs that way.
My personal opinion is that having a pop up in the webUI to enter time logs every time a version is uploaded could be helpful for artists but a massive annoyance for anyone in production dealing with ingestion work
