We released the following updates since 8.84:

Improvements:

Webhooks:

  • Added email notifications for administrators when webhooks transition to a failed state, enabling faster remediation and reduced production downtime. Previously, notifications were only sent when webhooks became unstable. [SG-42275]

Miscellaneous:

  • Removed threaded entities (e.g., Delivery, Ticket, and custom entities) from the Global Follow Settings page, as they do not support following and could cause confusion. [SG-5927]

  • Improved field identification after renaming by displaying the full name on hover and adding a visual indicator for renamed fields. [SG-39634]

Bug Fix:

Gantt:

  • Fixed an issue where tooltips did not appear when hovering over tasks in the bottom-right area of the Gantt chart. Tooltips now appear to the top-left of the cursor. [SG-5699]

  • Fixed an issue where dragging a Task’s start or end date in the Gantt chart (dark mode) did not display the pop-up text. [SG-35586]

API data export:

  • Fixed an issue where users could see column headers in CSV exports via the API even if they did not have access to those columns. Column permissions are now respected, and restricted columns are excluded from the export. [SG-42220]

Data Importer:

  • Fixed an issue where bulk import overwrote multi-entity field values instead of appending new entities. [SG-42562]

  • Fixed a regression where the Bulk Import preview step failed when using the Project column in non-English user interfaces. [SG-42404]

  • Fixed an issue where Add/Remove actions were not applied when more than 25 entities were selected. [SG-42328]

Global Entity Page:

  • Fixed an issue where all Status values across projects were displayed on a Global entity page instead of only project-specific values. It was also possible to assign a Task a Status that was not valid for its project. [SG-42164]

Site Activity Monitor:

  • Fixed a regression where the “Email Notification – Delivery by Type” graph did not load. [SG-42406]

  • Fixed a regression where the “Email Notification – Delay Widget” graph did not load. [SG-42405]

Miscellaneous:

  • Fixed an issue where the Global Follow Settings page did not load when a follow field had been deleted. [SG-38460]

Permissions page:

  • Improved performance of the new permission search when handling more than 20 permission groups. [SG-37257]

Bug Fix:

Review Notes app:

  • Fixed multiple issues:

    • Fixed an issue where the Review Notes app could hang when attempting to attach a file without selecting one first. The Attach button is now disabled until a file is selected. [SG-43184]
    • Fixed a rare issue where, under certain conditions, closing the attachment UI on a draft could trigger an error. [SG-43184]
    • Fixed an issue in the Review Notes app where removing an attached file and then adding another caused an error that prevented further note updates until the page was refreshed.[43174]
    • Fixed a crash that could occur when selecting “Send Note Now” while a newly created note was still being saved.[SG-42982]
    • Fixed an issue where edits made after refocusing a cell during an in-flight save request could be silently lost. [SG-42982]

Playlist:

  • Fixed an issue where notes could not be added to a playlist that had been shared with a retired HumanUser. [SG-42530]
  • Fixed an issue where submitting comments failed for client review site playlists shared via the API. [SG-41193]

Miscellaneous:

  • Fixed an issue where autocomplete did not work in the “Show More” filter on the Fields page [SG-42960]
  • Fixed an issue where retired project_default pages remained accessible from the menu but led to a “Not Found” page. [SG-42984]
