We want to grant particular roles the ability to view/browse any Archived Projects, while still being subject to permissions (i.e. they should only be able to see projects to which they have been granted access, regardless of whether the project is marked as Archived or not). Admins are the only role in our environment that can see all projects, since some projects have confidentiality obligations. The only method I see of giving access to archived projects is to check “See all projects”, which is not desirable.
