We split tasks and bids between artists in our studio under a single task. But the total number if tasks is doubled in shotgun. How to make the total remain the same even if the task is split?

Do you think you could share a screenshot of the structure of your split tasks and the place where you see the doubled task count? You can blur out any sensitive areas of the screenshot as required.
