At our company, people in the manager permission group cannot see the syncsketch api user, thus they are not able to filter out notes which were made by it. I want them to be able to see the api user as the author of the notes. Thank you!
There seems to be some options under the people permissions with what they can and cant see. I haven’t messed with these settings on our site all that much but it seems Manager cannot see script entities by default. Maybe something to check out?
Otherwise I guess you could have the script add a tag to all the things it touches and filter by that tag?

Thank you for the reply. I’ve managed to enable the visibility, although it was not enough to enable the See permission, I needed to enable the Create as well. Weird, but ultimately it works for us now.
