RV crashes with error VCRUNTIME140.dll when playback from the network shares

We been experiencing some random crashes when playing QT or EXRs from the network on RV.
We are running Windows 10 latest updates, hardware is beefed up and the latest version of RV 2023.3.1. While playing on timeline RV becomes un-responsive and spits out errors with VCRUNTIME140.dll in the event viewer and RV just crashes

We’re getting this too and desperately trying to figure out what’s causing the crashing…

So do you have VCRUNTIME140.dll?

We do, in our v2022.3.1/bin directory,
vcruntime140.dll
vcruntime140_1.dll
