Renaming mu modules to shotgrid_*, why?

I’m probably really late to the party as we are just now looking at RV 2021/2022. I get the product changed from Shotgrid to Shotgun. But do you really have to go start renaming all your modules? Also it is not mentioned in the release notes?

shotgrid_state.mu
shotgrid_stringMap.mu

shotgun_review_app.mu
shotgun_upload.mu

Some are still named Shotgun, are those going to change in a future version and break our code? Why even rename them? Shotgun toolkit still calls ‘Tank’.
