Option to hide #ID prefix in entity link fields (Ticket)
チケットをエンティティリンクフィールド（例：「参考チケット」フィールド）で別のチケットにリンクした際、リンク先が以下のように表示されます：
When linking a Ticket to another Ticket via an entity link field (e.g., “Related Tickets”), the linked ticket is displayed as:
#12345: チケットタイトル
この #ID: のプレフィックスがあると、特に複数のチケットがリンクされている場合に視認性が悪くなり、タイトルをすばやく確認するのが難しくなります。アセットやショットなどの他エンティティのリンクでは名前のみが表示されるのに対し、チケットだけIDが表示されるのは一貫性がないと感じます。
The #ID: prefix adds visual clutter, especially when multiple tickets are linked. It makes it harder to scan titles at a glance. Other entity links (Assets, Shots, etc.) display only the name, so the Ticket display feels inconsistent.

ユースケース / Use case:
弊社ではチケットを社内の課題管理に活用しており、関連チケット同士をリンクする運用を行っています。リンクフィールドが #ID: 付きで表示されると、フィールドが不必要に長くなり一覧性が下がります。
フィールド設定で、管理者が #ID: プレフィックスの表示/非表示を選択できるオプションを追加していただけると大変助かります。
It would be very helpful to have a display format option in field configuration that lets admins choose whether to show or hide the #ID: prefix.
同じ課題を感じている方がいれば、ぜひサポートをお願いします。ワークアラウンドがあれば教えていただけると嬉しいです。

The currently displayed behaviour is that the Id and Title of the ticket make up the “Name” of the ticket that appears in the Related Tickets field.
You would like Related Tickets to display only the Title and not the Id.
A workaround to achieve this behaviour is to create a new query field that will query Related Tickets and display their Title.
The Related Tickets field will still be needed to link the tickets together, while the new query field will display the Related Tickets the way you want.

まず訂正なのですが、最初の投稿ではチケット同士のリンクを例に挙げてしまいましたが、実際に困っているのはアセットのフィールドに表示される参考チケットの方でした（投稿文をAIに手伝ってもらったところ、状況が正確に伝わっていませんでした。すみません）。
First, a correction: my original post described Ticket-to-Ticket linking, but the actual issue is with Ticket links displayed on Asset fields (e.g., a reference ticket field on an Asset). I used AI to help draft the post and the context wasn’t conveyed accurately — apologies for the confusion.
クエリフィールドで表示だけ分けるワークアラウンドは理解できましたが、正直なところ元のリンクフィールドとクエリフィールドの二重管理になってしまうため、実運用では厳しいと感じています。更新・追加・削除のたびに両方を気にする必要があり、かえって手間が増えてしまいます。
I understand the query field workaround, but in practice it means maintaining two fields — the original link field and a separate display-only query field. Every update, addition, or deletion requires awareness of both, which adds overhead rather than reducing it.
やはり根本的には、エンティティリンクフィールドの表示フォーマットとして #ID: プレフィックスの表示/非表示を選べるオプションを実装していただけると、最もシンプルで助かります。
Ideally, I’d love to see a native display format option in entity link fields to show or hide the #ID: prefix — that would be the simplest and most maintainable solution.
