On our previous shows Creative Review works fine. However on our latest project, opening any version in Creative Review shows the versions down the left-hand side of the window, with a blank screen in the centre with the ‘Loading…” spinner (where the actual media should be) and the notes stream does not load.
This behaviour is only seen on THIS project; our other older shows work fine in Creative Review.

Thanks Elliott – here’s a screenshot of what we see when entering Creative Review from any version on this particular job (I have hidden the versions panel on the left hand side for confidentiality reasons, but it did show the list of versions with thumbnails, but clicking on them doesn’t do anything) :
Also for what it’s worth we have tried this in different browsers and different Shotgrid users, we all experience the same thing on this show.
Not sure what settings to look for that would be different between this job and another functional one.

Is it possible that your Project Security settings are set to only allow media for certain whitelisted IP’s?
Good idea, but no they are disabled.
