Introducing Review in Flow Production Tracking

First off thank you to everyone who has been using Creative Review Beta and giving us feedback. Your insights are essential to driving us in the right direction as we continue to develop this experience.

Creative Review is officially exiting Beta and entering General Availability as Review! There will be no change in access, features, availability, this just means we are confident in the core experience with a solid foundation, base level usability, and live synced reviews that is ready to use on your projects.

This forum will be renamed to reflect this name change but the URL and posts will remain to keep continuity of feedback from Beta to GA. Also to give new users insight into the development and feedback that has already been made.

All this being said, we are still far from done with more updating coming soon. We will continue development and the addition of critical features as prioritized by user feedback.

A consolidation effort is on the way once we add critical features that achieve parity with existing tools (like Overlay Player) so we can focus on the development of one new application that can meet your needs.

Thank you again for everything as we enter this new chapter!

Congratulations on the official release.

Improvements to the annotation tools are essential for us to use this in our project. Where are the arrow tool, ellipse tool, rectangle tool, and text tool?

We’ve been requesting these for a long time, but our requests haven’t been granted. It would be helpful if we could have the opportunity to use these excellent review tools.

I just wanted to follow up, you should see the requested features VERY soon in the Review App, (try tomorrow). Once we have released we would love any other feedback on the tool.

Congratz on the release and good to know that you are not done yet.
Ideally the review experience in ShotGrid outperforms the competition so we don’t need to attach a 3rd party review platform to ShotGrid for reviews.

I hope that next steps would include a Client Review Site v2 where the current player technology is updated to the same standard as Review.
Clients love to use things like timecode tagging (like on Youtube comments), using @someone etc.
And a big one, seeing their last comment on the previous iteration.
