I'm trying to load the toolkit menu in 3de, but an error occurs

I want the shotgrid toolkit to work when I turn on 3DE.
However, the shotgrid menu does not appear.
If you check the error in the python console,
KeyError:‘QtWebEngineWidgets’ during import sgtk
This is a situation where an error occurs.
I am using 3de4 r5.
Does anyone know why this error occurs?
Is there a manual on how to open the toolkit menu in 3de?
