Hello. I am trying to add a Tag to a Task in Shotgrid but the field doesn’t seem to be present where I’ve seen it in the past (at the top of the task) (screenshot below) (I have cut some NDA-sensitive info from the screenshot)
Additionally, if I select ‘All Info’ a little further down the page, a dropbox will show all the fields Shotgrid supports. I scroll to Tags and select. It will let me add an already-existing Tag. However, I appear unable to create new Tags (which I have been able to do in the past by typing the new tag’s name, then clicking the “Create” popup that shows. This doesn’t appear to be happening now.
Could somebody please advise me on what the problem may be/what I could be doing wrong/etc. I would really appreciate any suggestions.
