Frozen Shotgun Panel in Nuke

We’ve got an artist whose Shotgun panel in Nuke v11.3 has stopped refreshing.

We’ve tried to refresh it using the UI Refresh option, using the code from a different thread on refreshing the panel, restarting Nuke and restarting Shotgun Desktop, but nothing seems to have worked.

Has anyone else bumped in to a similar issue that might have some ideas on how to force the panel to begin updating again?

Are you seeing any errors in the Nuke script editor or the Shotgun logs?
