I’ve got the "enter your site name " dialogue up. I’ve tried various combinations of our online shotgun site name, with/without prefixes, aiming at specific projects on our board and so on.
What am I missing? There’s nothing in the ‘getting started’ on this as far as I can see.

We support either : your-site-name.shotgunstudio.com or https://your-site-name.shotgunstudio.com.

Is it possible that you have IP Whitelisting enabled on your site?
Hmm. It works on other machines which I think would show up as the same IP via the same router IP ? Not my field really so this is a guess.

Just to confirm: you are able to connect to your site using the SG Web App from the same machine, right?
Could you please provide us your logs?
