Experiencing Publish Error (AWS S3 acceleration?) from Desktop Tool

I’m inviting one of my client to my site. They could sign in throught browser and Desktop Tool to my site. But we are experiencing file publish error through Desktop Tool. We could publish a file through browser, but through Desktop Tool bring us error back. As we could see in the attached tk-desktop log file, it seems like we have issue to access AWS acceleration through transparent Proxy.
Does anyone has suggestion how we communicate with network client’s admin to resolve this issue? Or any other specific reason you could identify in log file?
