Good Morning - Just reporting our experience here as we are reallly rooting for live review to be amazing - Last week we tried testing Live Review for the first time in a while. Our biggest issue was people being kicked out of the review when basic things were happening. For example, users would join the review and get kicked out immediately. The error message was “An unexpected error disconnected you from the Live Review session. Please try joining again”. Some users were not able to join at all.
Another issue, some users, when using the “Join Session” link, would get in to the review but there would be no media in the review.
Another issue, when the current presenter would make another user the presenter, the new presenter would be kicked out of the session.
Toward the end of our test, when we had created multliple review sessions and multiple users creating the review link and be the review “owner”, things did stabilize and we were able to test some basic functionality (changing presenters, annotations, etc). We had a mix of Windows and Mac users, and the majority of the connectivity issues were when the Mac users created the review and were the “owner”, for what that’s worth.
