Change default note subject structure

Hello!
We are looking at a way of changing the default schema followed by when creating notes from “Author’s note on Link” to something else displaying much more information.
Is there a feasible way to do this?

I’m pretty sure the only way to accomplish this would be with an event plugin or webhook which executes after the Note is created and updates the Subject. Not sure of any way to do this as part of the native Note creation in the web app.
