Hi there
I need to close down our SG account (as our project has finished) but need to create a back-up to archive, incase anyone ever needs to go back into the project.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately SG doesn’t offer a site backup/archiving process for closing an account and reopening, what the majority of our clients who are seasonal do is reduce the amount of active users down to 1, which is enough to keep the site live and to not have the data being torn down after the account closes.
If your projects are completely finished, you could export data from relevant entities using the export to excel function, and for media you can download them individually, or perhaps have a small script that downloads all the media via the API?
