It would be great if this endpoint supported hyperlinks / anchors to expand specific sections.
For example, I would like to bookmark something like https://health.autodesk.com/flow_production_tracking?expand=True

I agree with @taiello. I understand the desire to consolidate the status reporting for ADSK services - but we’re losing functionality with this change.

Currently we subscribe to updates via MS Teams - so whenever there’s any new activity on status.shotgridsoftware.com, we are updated on our department Teams instance and our whole pipeline group is aware. We can then reply within the channel to discuss any ramifications in context.

Now we each have to subscribe via email (yuck).

I would request that ADSK make a web hook or RSS feed available so we can implement the same functionality. I’m sure there are other studios (using both FPT and other products) who would benefit from this.

cheers,
kp

Yep +1 here. We currently have the existing RSS connected to a GChat Space to know in realtime when things are being reported and the change is less than desirable.

Thank you for your feedback!
The RSS subscription option has been added to health.autodesk.com

Appreciated! However functionally this is different from the previous feed, as now the RSS is for all Autodesk products and not specifically the Flow family. Any chance to have a feed per family / product?

The RSS/Atom feed is OK for a stream of updates, but it’s not good for verifying the current state.

In the status page, I found this URL https://health.autodesk.com/api/v2/summary.json.
It says /api/ and it does exactly what I want.

Here’s an example of how one might use it:

curl -s 'https://health.autodesk.com/api/v2/summary.json' | jq -r '.components[] | select(.name == "Flow Production Tracking") | .status'

Right now, this is the output of the command:

operational

For me, this is enough for internal monitoring.
The JSON also contains references for other components that might be worth checking.
