In 2020 it wasn’t possible to alter the UI of the Main Item Widget through the config (ie hook/setting/plugin) to add something like a playlist or artist field.
I’m wondering if its possible today (for example via * create_settings_widget )
And I’m aware we can clone / fork but it does add an overhead for future maintenance so being able to accomplish this via a hook/plugin/setting would be just preferable.

I dont believe there is currently a feature in the publish2 app that allows customisation of the item ui, only the plugins do have that feature.
