Editing toolkit GUI

Hi, do anybody know if it’s possbile and how to edit toolkit GUI? I want to add aditional droplists to tk-multi-publish. It’s possible to do this by editing hooks?

You can certainly add GUIs to publisher plugins. That usually gets me what I need.
