Status Display Options missing and defaulting to Icon Only

Is anyone else seeing broken display behavior on Status field display options?

Starting today, all our Status fields display as Icon Only and the Configure Field > Display Options are missing.

Confirming these options are missing in our build v8.67.0.4816 (build d45a71d)

Support has acknowledged the issue and we should expect a fix in a coming update
