I think I have a similar issue - I get an integration error, but I’m also unable to log in, saying that the site cannot be found. A few other colleagues with similar setups can use shotgun create without any issues. Is there anyone around that can help me out?
Hi We’ve got similar issue now.
In our case, ShotGrid Create outputs SSLHandshakeError - SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED like the below image. That causes toasts pop up everytime and ShotGrid Create performance down.
I tried a trbouleshoot at Fixing the SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED issues with the Python API but I cound’t make it solved.
Any other ideas to fix it?
