Playing mov in Shotgun Create shows static frame

Hey Jonas,

Just wanted to chip in, in Nuke there is an addTimeCode node which will be able to change the timecode to a start at 00:00:41:71 for frame 1001

As long as the writenode is then set up correctly, it should add this timecode into the MOV.

Thanks Ricardo…

Quick question for you… If indeed you addTimeCode to a start at 00:00:41:71 to the mov file, where on the timeline are you expecting to see the first frame when playing back the mov in SG-Create? In RV screening room? TX.

Hi,

I would expect it to start at whatever the “First frame” is set to, so if the TC is 00:00:41:71, and the first frame in Shotgun (and the image sequence) is set to 1001, I want it to start playing on frame 1001. If the timecode is set to 17:04:47:10, and the First frame is set to 1001, I still want it to play from frame 1001. This is what happens when I play it in RV screening room.
