Hi All!
I’m wondering if anyone has tried setting up the tk-photoshopcc engine to publish with tk-multi-publish2 ?
I’m going to give it a try, so if you have any tips or suggestions, I’d love to hear them!
Thanks,
Rich

Hi Rich
The default config comes preconfigured to allow the Publish2 app to work with the Photoshop engine. So it should hopefully work for you out of the box. Or were you looking for suggestions on how people have customised it or workflows people have built around it?
Phil
Thanks, Phil. I see that the default2 config does come pre-configured for publish2. Unfortunately, we are still using the older config style and have a highly-customized workflow. I guess I have some work to do. ;^)

Ah I see! OK fair enough, I would say that the default2 config would be a good example to follow, in terms of setting it up.
In terms of tips, I would probably follow the modular approach laid out in tk-config-default2
env yamls for the publish 2 app as best you can, but it’s not critical.
I appreciate this might be a more involved step, but perhaps it would be a good opportunity to switch to the new config?
I would love to start fresh and leverage the default2 config - it is so much more concise and easy to understand. However, there is a lot of legacy code that needs to keep working with other DCCs, hooks, etc. That’s another project for a “rainy day”! I’ll do the best I can, using the default2 config and existing config as my guides.
Thanks.
