Phenomenon of fetching git descriptor from pc using inner side network

hi I have some question. I am using locally stored tk-config-default.

  1. In the same project, the project configuration was cloned, and the git address was written in the descriptor. By the way, if I run a project, you will refer to git if I run the main primary even on a pc that does not use an external Internet network, so how can I prevent this?

  2. locally installed problem solving.Is there any way to block project main primary from app-store instead of switching from .shotgun?

  3. and I don’t want use zip config file.
