One extra (frozen) frame in SG web video player

Hi Guys,
we are having a problem with playing video in SG web player. It has one extra frame at the end, but our Quicktime videos are OK. So I think if is a problem with server which is converting videos?

Could someone check it out?

Hi @lukasb,

I’ve seen this issue happen when there is a mismatch in the audio track vs the video, would you be able to confirm if you see the same issue if you strip the audio from the quicktime? If not, please write in a ticket to support@shotgunsoftware.com and we can dig in.
