I am trying to hire a shotgrid developer and it seems truly difficult.
What would be your advice to hire someone? On which platform/resource should I post the Job Description? I thought here would be the place, but I don’t see that many views and the jobs posted so I figure it is not the right place.
Any advice would be useful. And furthermore, I think it would be very useful to the community.
