Hi,
Since today I got some issues with notes in the Creative Review.
When I’m trying to leave a note, the hotkeys are activated by default and override what I’m writing.
Q and S lead me to the search site bar behind, F lead me to the filter in the Task view behind and N lead me to the + on the upper right of the page.
I’m using an AZERTY keyboard.
So from now I can’t write any notes with letters Q S F or N.
Hello! Thank you for logging this bug. We’re looking into it now and will address as soon as possible.
To confirm, we have been able to reproduce on our end and it seems like this is impacting the note editor when playing back by selecting a thumbnail or through the action menu in the Media App.
While we implement a fix we recommend using Creative Review by right clicking on a grid page to Play in Creative Review in a new tab if you need to leave notes in Creative Review.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to fix as soon as possible.
I believe this should be addressed now and fixed so those keys should work in the note editor. Could you confirm that is fixed on your end?
