If you click the 3 dots to show more fields, how is the field selection configured? Clicking “Reset to Default” doesn’t seem to have any affect.
Also, to confirm: these field selections are site-specific and not user or production specific, correct?

Hello again! The three dots at the bottom of the right panel below the note editor is for the fields you would like to edit for the note entity that will be created when you submit the note from Creative Review. If you do not select or edit any additional fields Creative Review by default prepopulates the To, Subject, Task, Links, and Status fields.
Reset to default will remove any edits you have made and reset to what Creative Review would submit if you hadn’t opened the additional fields menu for notes.
Currently the field layout on what is displayed is configurable by person. Would a site wide configuration be something that you and your team would be interested in as an improvement?
