It would be great to be able to register a user and or group to a webhook to receive notification when a webhook becomes unstable or is failing. Thoughts?

I am also in need of this.
Manually checking on my webhooks page is slowly becoming problematic. Won’t know (in time) if a webhook has stopped for some reason.
In the past I have used a platform called sentry to help with failure notifications. I was hoping to add sentry to our webhooks broker and as a result get notifications. This could be a reasonable alternative to a SG supplied solution.
