Crew Planning app removing People off the Project

Hi Everyone,

I stumbled upon a glitch on crew planning app (though its still in beta I found it very helpful for planning.)

Glitch: For a person who has access to a certain show on SG say ‘xxxx’, when we add a booking for him on crew planning for ‘xxxx’ and delete it, he looses access to the show ‘xxxx’ on SG and we have re-add him to the project again.

Is there any workaround for this?

I can confirm this behaviour and it is really annoying.

Have you created a support ticket for this?

In the meantime you can alter ShotGrid via Event Plugins or Webhooks to respond to various events.
