Client Review Sharing Error

Hello! :slight_smile:

We’re currently testing out the Client Review site for our new project and have run into a bit of a snag. We’re preemptively testing the site by adding my personal email as a Client User and user testing before we send it off to Official Clients. We’ve tested this with two separate emails. Sharing via Client Review sends me the following Error once I receive the email.

" We’re Sorry

You are currently connected as a user who is not associated with this share. [Sign Out] "

It then offers me to email one of our site admins. I have checked Site Preferences and Settings and all align with our needs. Is there an element to Client Review we’re not seeing and restricting us from sharing?

Or are there ways of authorizing specific Client Users to become associated with the share? Let me know.
