I’m helping setup a new SG site and I need to change the frame tick for the timecode field from the default 24FPS to 30FPS. I believe this needs to be done on the server side, and I’ve scoured the site prefs and don’t see anything there. I admin on two other Shotgun (pre shotgrid) instances which both were switched to 30 fps. I know it needs to be changed site-wide (not per project). Am I missing an admin setting or is this a request?
Hey DJ! Yep - site-wide setting, and can only be done by the support team. Submit a ticket and they’ll change it for you.
