The problem started today but when creating Versions via MacOS (Catalina, BigSur and Monterey), the media file doesnt upload and says “Error trying to upload file to storage”.
It works when creating them on Linux but on MacOS the Versions appears with (?) Question Mark for Thumbnail.
Are we the only one having this issue?
So my file was having _(1) sufix by the end (both pdf and .mov files).
Specifically on MacOS, if I remove the “()” in the filename, I can finally create the version and upload the file, but Version Thumbnail still displays as a (?) Question Mark on Mac… The exact same Version on Linux is working fine and Thumbnail is OK
OK so the Version is perfectly fine using Safari, but not with the latest version of Chrome
