It’s solved.
Updated the Standalone API but since the addition of python 3 the location of the cacerts.txt has changed so our SHOTGUN_API_CACERTS variable was pointing to a non-existent file.
And that only updated when people restarted their machines due to Group Policy kicking in on restart.
